Church "St. Paraskeva"

The Church of “St. Paraskeva” in Kozarevets has existed since 1850 and the church is over 170 years old, the building was destroyed in the colossal earthquake of 1913 and was rebuilt in the period 1920-1930. In 2019, the church underwent a major renovation after a decree of the Council of Ministers granted an additional transfer to the budget of the municipality of Lyaskovets and allocated funds for emergency reconstruction works. With many gifts and monetary donations at its opening, its interior was also improved.
