Orthodox Church "St. George"

The Orthodox Church "St. George" is active, built and completed by the idea of an old man of the Kopchevtsi family, and by the brothers Ivan and Nedelcho Parvanov in 1872. After its construction, they sent the young man Dimitar Petkov to the monastery "Sveta Gora" to study Slavic language and theology, after which he was ordained a priest. As a sign of gratitude, a place was set aside in the courtyard of the church for the burial of the initiators of the construction of the church.
