Zhitenata pitka Festival

On the World Bread and Food Day - 16 October, the municipality of Strazhitsa celebrates the annual festival of wheat bread. Several competitions are held during the event: a reenactment of folk customs "No one is bigger than bread", a singing competition "With bread on the town square", demonstrations by the wrestling club "Food makes the fight", and the winners receive diplomas and prizes.
