Chernovrashki Rid is a ridge in the inner structural strip of the Middle PredBalkan, located between the valleys of the Yantra and Vidima rivers. The length of the ridge from west to east is about 40 km and its width in the western part reaches 10 km. Its ridge is sharp with a height of over 1 000 m and its highest point is the Cherni Vrah peak (1199.4 m), located in its south-western part, north of the town of Apriltsi. Its slopes are steep, especially to the north towards the Sevlievo field. In its south-western part are located some of the quarters of the town of Apriltsi.
