Beanfest in the village of Raduil

The International Folklore Festival "Beanfest" in the village of Raduil has been taking place since 2002, at the beginning of September, when the Raduil Bean Festival brings together dozens of ensembles, bands, groups, orchestras, artists, craftsmen, photographers, cartoonists, lovers of Bulgarian folklore and many other guests on the square in the large village and in the local community center "Hristo Botev". The best ones go home with either the Golden Bean statuette or the Golden Fasuliner medals, with diplomas, gifts and the affection of the people of Radvila. The dancers and singers from Serbia, Macedonia and Turkey, who have honoured the Beanfest with their presence, take with them good memories. It is a way for the guests to get to know the sights of the village, the 12 chapels, the two churches, the monastery, Haitov's fountain and the entertainment complex "Elenite".
