Hut Kozya Stena

Hut Kozya Stena is located in the Middle Stara Planina, in the Troyan part of the Central Balkan National Park, and the Kozya Stena Nature Reserve is situated in its immediate vicinity. About 1.30 hours of hiking is located Kozya Stena peak (1 670 m above sea level). The hut is situated at a relatively high altitude of 1 562 m and can only be accessed on foot. The building of the hut is massive, with a capacity of 92 places and common bathrooms on each of the three floors, has an available water supply and is heated by solid fuel. Electric power to the hut is provided by a generator, so visitors should be prepared with torches. The lodge also has a tourist canteen.
