Community centre "Znanie - 1906" - village of Cherni Osam

Community centre "Znanie - 1906" has a hall, library and club room, which are in good condition, having been renovated under the project "Public Forum", and has a massive amphitheatrical summer stage, located next to the main building. There is a museum collection at the community centre, which is located in a separate building near the pensioner's club. The library of the community centre has 10 331 books and works under the project "Bulgarian libraries - modern centres for reading and information". Although the community center does not have amateur groups, it organizes many traditional holidays and historical anniversaries, partnerships are maintained with groups from the village of Oreshak.
