Community centre "Svetlina - 1902" - village of Shipkovo

The material-technical base of the community centre "Svetlina - 1902" is in good condition and carefully maintained, and next to the hall there is a professionally exhibited ethnographic museum collection. The library collection is over 9,000 items and is part of the Global Libraries network and is a winning project of the Bulgarian Libraries - Modern Centres for Reading and Information. The community centre does not have an active folk performance groups, but many celebrations and festivals are celebrated and organized.
