Community centre "Nadezhda 1928" - village of Balkantsi

There are 51 members of the community centre "Nadezhda 1928" and the following groups function: the Culinary Circle; the Needlework and Knitting Circle; the Vocal Group for Folk Songs "Rosna Kitka"; the Duet "Nadezhda"; the Group for Recreation of Folk Customs; the Group for Humorous Sketches. The community centre participates in many local, regional and national festivals and fairs, but also organizes its own celebrations from its cultural calendar. The community centre has a hall, 3 offices, one hall, two make-up rooms, one lounge - all municipally owned for free use.
