Community centre "Hristo Botev 1928" - village of Govedartsi

There are 57 members of the community centre "Hristo Botev 1928" and the library has a total of 2 314 literary volumes. The following groups are active at the community center: "All-Knowledge" Club; "Skillful Hands" Club, Folk Customs Group, Authentic Folklore Group, Women's Singing Group, Men's Singing Group, Theater Group, Children's Dance Group, two duets and two individual performers.

The library at the community centre is an attractive place for all residents, whatever their age, and the comfortable and cosy reading room is used daily.

In 2012, the library opened its doors to the public. The women's folk group won the only gold medal at the Balkan championship "Living Water" - Hisarya. In the same year, the community centre was ranked by the Ministry of Culture in the first place in the National Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage under the National System "Living Human Treasures - Bulgaria" with the traditional custom "Brichane of the groom - part of an ancient wedding".
