Route track hut Malyovitsa - Eleninite lakes

The Eleninite lakes are another beautiful lakes in the Rila Mountains and they are also located at high altitude - over 2400 m. They can be reached from the Malyovitsa hut in a southerly direction along the red-white marking towards Malyovitsa peak. The road runs parallel to the Malyovitsa River, with most of it heading south, and after about 2 km you make a few right turns and then come directly out onto the lakes. The total distance from the hut Malyovitsa to the Еleninite Lakes is about 2.7 km and the vertical drop is over 430 m.
