Festival "Believe in Miracles"

The beginning of the festival "Believe in Miracles" was on May 27, 2017 in the hall of community centre "Valcho Ruskovski 1894". Talented children in the field of music, dance and fine arts from Ugarchin, Kirchevo, Lesidren, Lovech, Troyan and Pleven took part in it. Throughout the day, participants and guests - children, have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the festival and to draw pictures on various topics, to do puzzles, to invent an author's fairy tale and more. The main street in Ugarchin and the foyers of the community centre become a kind of exhibition of children's drawings under the open sky. Children from the district also perform on stage on the festival day with songs, dances, storytelling in the form of theatrical performances.
