Truffle Festival - Truffle Fest

The Truffle Festival is organized every year and is accompanied by the traditional autumn fair in the town. The fair is officially opened by the mayor of the municipality of Ugarchin, and then a festive concert program begins with the participation of various singers from the country. The divine mushroom glorifies Ugarchin Europe and they call the truffle the food of the gods. For Ugarchin, the truffle represents business, development and the future. The festival is organized jointly by businessman Cvetozar Michevski and the municipality of Ugarchin, and its aim is to make as many people as possible aware that there are truffles in our country and that their cultivation has great prospects. The biggest attraction of the truffle fest is the "On the Hunt" competition, in which specially trained search dogs find the divine mushroom, and there are prizes for the top three.
