Beyond the center of the Zla River, a little further to the right, another similar but twice as large stone fountain is built as part of a fence and catches the waters from the creek running past it. There was the house of Nanko Panitchkov, who was one of the six founders of the revolutionary committee in Novo Selo. The Apostle himself - Vasil Levski used to stay at their house. It was this revolutionary committee, headed by the teacher - Nikola Dabev, who declared in 1876 on the square in Novo Selo, a people's republic as it was closest to Levski's idea of a pure and holy republic.
